All our systems come with 1 year hardware and software support. We also off extensions to this and custom packages for third party systems. This usually is a combination of remote and on-site support.

For remote access we use a number of different tools to assist with support, such as VPN and scure indutrial routers which can be completely isoloated from any corporate networks.

We incorporate scheduled site visits into our on-site support packages to back up PLC, SCADA and database systems. These are then stored securely on one of our dedicated back-up servers where we provide 24/7 access for the client and our support staff should they need to access the latest software.

All our support staff are qualified systems engineers and so provide the highst quality service to ensure any downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
